How it works

1
The seller will personally bring the vehicle, all the keys and legal documents in our custody. Seller must sign a contract with our company. The seller must go to a public notary office in order to make a power of attorney to our company: for the sale of his vehicle, release of documents and ownership transfer. We allow the seller to advertise the vehicle for sale in the country of destination. The fees for our services can be paid in two ways: in advance or after the transaction is completed.
2
Our certified inspectors attest the vehicle and all related-legal documents. Our team will verify all documents - vehicle registration book, service book, certificate of road worthiness, any lien or existing debt, VIN, export documents, import (including customs documents), vehicle condition and any other related documents. We will also send to the "potential" buyer a copy of the vehicle inspection report. After that, all documents are sealed and ready for immediate delivery.
3
We send a draft contract to potential buyer and we're willing to negociate any adjustements if any that can apply to the contract. After we agree to the overall procedure of this transaction, and negociations are complete, we request the buyer several personal or company details. Our financial department will complete the final version of the contract and it will send it to the seller for signing. As soon as we receive the signed contract from the seller, we will send it to the buyer, he will also need to sign the contract. There will be three, identical contract versions. One for the seller, one for the buyer and one for our company. Each version of the contract can be considered the original and can be used as a legal-proof later. The contract is in electronic format, represents a legal binding document and it will be delivered by e-mail or fax to all parties involved. The official language is English and there is no need for an official translation of the contract in any other language.
4
If the buyer agrees to the terms specified in this contract he will sign the contract and send it back to our company by e-mail or fax. Please be aware that once the contract is signed, we cannot change the terms found in the contract (including our procedure).
5
The buyer will have to wait to receive the invoice before making any deposit to our company account. The invoice will contain the following: transaction details, delivery details and our bank details required for the deposit. The buyer will be instructed to send the funds specified in the contract to one of our company accounts. Our financial department, will choose the appropiate bank-account depending on the buyer's location. The funds will represent only a deposit to our account, which is entirely refundable at buyer request. The buyer can choose to request a refund any time during the transaction but this will result in a cancelation of the transaction and removal of the right to purchase the vehicle. The transfer or redrawal of money from buyer account can only be made after buyer's written acceptance and signature to do so. If there are any delivery fees , they are not subject to a refund. If the buyer would like to request a refund, he will receive the amount mentioned in the contract and not the amount from the invoice. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
6
When the deposit is credited to our account we will start our delivery procedures. We shall confirm the scheduled delivery time and date; a mobile phone number must be provided. One of our representatives will call the buyer with 72 and 48 hours prior to the delivery to confirm the arrival date. The delivery address is the same with the one mentioned on the invoice. Before we deliver the vehicle to the buyer, our company will obtain all documents needed for the sale of this vehicle. This includes: export or customs (import) documents and any other documents needed by the buyer to make a permanent registration of the vehicle in the destination country. Documents for the new owner will be made on the name (private or company) mentioned in the legal contract, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer - an example would be a third party.
7
The buyer has have five-(5) working days to test the vehicle and have it inspected at a certified dealership. The buyer can also verify the vehicle for any liens, debts, accident history, if it was reported as stolen vehicle or if he needs any additional document in order to complete his registration procedure. We understand that each country has his own registration rules and that's why we strive to reply promptly to any requests (usually less than 24 hours). The buyer will need to sign that the vehicle is in his custody for five (5) working days and he will return the vehicle in the same overall condition as he has received it. The test drive limit during the inspection period is limited to 500 km. The buyer will be required to unseal vehicle documents and keys in front of our representative and verify vehicle details from his contract. They must correspond with vehicle details from registration documents. The buyer will receive all keys of the vehicle and all documents in original. Our company representative will call the buyer on the 5th day, to be informed of his decision regarding the vehicle and schedule a meeting for the next day working day. He will have to sign the final contract - more details are provided in the next step.
8
If the buyer accepts the vehicle, he will have to meet our representative and go to a public notary office to make the final sale contract for the vehicle. The sale contract will be made between the buyer and our representative (as the seller). Our representative will also have the original of the power of attorney made by the seller, to confirm he has the legal right to sell this vehicle and sign the final sale of the contract. The buyer can make an authorized copy of the power of attorney at the notary office. The buyer must sign a document that he has purchased the vehicle and that he authorizes our company to transfer the funds from his deposit (specified in step 5) to the seller of the vehicle. The sale contract will be made in the buyer's language and we will send an official translation in English language, to our seller. We will keep the copies of the final contract buyer's language and English.
9
If the buyer decides that he does not want to purchase the vehicle, he should inform us or one of our representatives by e-mail or fax of his decision on the 5th day (or before). We will refund the entire amount (described in the contract as the Purchase Price), to his bank account by wire transfer in less than 48 hours. The buyer must meet our representative and return the vehicle, keys and all the documents in original. In exchange, we will give the buyer a document from our bank, for the release of the funds. Buyer's funds will be sent back to his account.
